Sticking to a new practice is never easy, and this is why wanted to make it achievable with just 5 days.

I will be with you every step of the way, guiding you and supporting you to go inward, bringing your attention to the breath, noticing the fluctuations of the mind, and sensations of the body. 

The hope is that during this challenge you begin to find a little bit of calm in this chaotic life we live in. I want you to start to notice how powerful meditation is, and how it can transform an anxious mind into a more peaceful one.
